About Evirena and our editorial approach
Updated
Natural knowledge with traceable sources
Evirena is a multilingual educational library about plants, herbs, fruits, grains and natural oils. Articles explain identity, food use, research findings and relevant safety limits. Explore the published articles and categories.
How we present evidence
We use original studies and university or laboratory sources, linking the claims to their supporting references. We distinguish human research from animal or laboratory results, and ordinary food use from concentrated extracts. Sample size, study duration and comparison methods affect what a finding means. A published study alone does not establish a treatment benefit.
Languages and corrections
An article becomes public only when its published group is complete in all fifteen languages. Translations preserve the meaning of findings and cautions. Text and references can be corrected as evidence is checked. Editorial review does not imply independent medical endorsement, and we do not attribute work to unverified specialists. Use the article’s reporting button or contact us to flag an error or reference that needs checking.
Content is educational and does not provide a diagnosis or personal treatment plan. Audio starts when you choose to play it and uses voices supplied by your browser or device. Advertising, when present, is labelled and kept distinct from scientific evidence.
